Right of withdrawal
6.1 When purchasing goods on the Site, a 30-day right of withdrawal always applies from receipt of the goods within Sweden. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying WO of this within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period). The product must be unused, in unopened packaging and the return will only be approved when the product has been inspected by our staff. All costs are reimbursed, including shipping, taxes and fees will be payed by the customer. However, depreciation deductions may occur if an item is not returned in new condition.
6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
(a) goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear, cosmetics, swimwear, hair dryers and similar products, shavers and electric toothbrushes); like our Bluelight or other hygien products.
6.2 In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer receives clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, the Customer may not break the seal if the Customer wishes to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to repent thus ceases when the Customer breaks the seal.
6.3 If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the Customer must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to WO in the manner specified. Before a return, the Customer must contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and have the return approved. If this does not happen before the package is sent back, an extra return handling cost of SEK 200 can be charged.

6.4 In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the condition of the goods after the Customer has received the goods and during the return shipping. The product must be sent back within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to WO. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition.
6.5 WO will repay the amount for the product ( not shipping cost) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date WO received the Customer's notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, WO may wait with the refund until WO has received the goods or the Customer has shown that the goods have been sent back, e.g. through a submission receipt. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment alternative chosen by the Customer, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.
6.6 Deadline: The consumer has the right to return the money in the event of a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day when the company received the purchase. However, the consumer may have to wait until the product has returned, or until the consumer has provided proof that the product has been returned, whichever comes first.
6.7 Terms: Repayment is made with the same payment method as with the purchase. The full amount is refundable, including shipping, tax and fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Exceptions are informed regarding refund in the event of a right of withdrawal, right of return and reimbursement of shipping costs. The same rules are applied when canceling purchases and complaints as when repenting.
7.1 The right of complaint covers goods that are defective. The consumer has 3 years to file a complaint about an original error. Exceptions are date marking or incorrect handling. Customers who wish to make a valid error in the ordered product must contact WO as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact information specified on the Site. Complaints made within two months of you discovering the error are always considered to have been submitted on time.
7.2 An item can only be complained about in the event of manufacturing defects. When complaining about an item, the Customer contacts our customer service for further instructions. You can therefore not complain about a product because you are not satisfied with the result. WO can not guarantee a certain result, because each person is different and thus also has different conditions. We therefore have no money-back guarantee, but we will always do our best to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied.
7.3 WO is responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
7.4 When the complained product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, WO will compensate the Customer within a reasonable time.
