The withdrawal period granted to the consumer on the purchase of goods, is thirty (30) clear days, from the date of receipt of the order. The Customer who wishes to return a Product may only do so to the address communicated by the Seller - in no case to a physical store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which have been unsealed by the consumer and which cannot be returned for the following reasons: - hygiene and health protection (underwear, swimwear, intimate products) - software protection (software, video games) Return shipping costs are : - covered by the seller for items weighing less than 20 kg. - at the customer's expense for items weighing more than 20 kg and when the sum of the length, width and height of the item exceeds 180cm. Reimbursement will be triggered once the product has been checked for conformity in our partners' warehouses.
