WinZip customer satisfaction is a priority. Now, ideas and suggestions can be submitted directly in the app or accessed online and others’ ideas can also be voted on. The WinZip team will review and consider ideas for future implementation.

NEW In-app support
As part of our effort to support our customers better, WinZip now offers an in-app FAQ to commonly asked questions and direct access to our online support page and knowledge base.

ENHANCED WinZip Secure Backup

ENHANCED Sharing with SafeShare
