Slim Noctua NH-U12S TR4-SP3 CPU cooler is ideal for efficient cooling of your AMD Threadripper or Epyc processor without encroaching on RAM modules. The cooler radiator is just 45 mm slim but features copper base with larger contact area for the Epyc processor modules and heatpipes with dense aluminium fin block. The 120 mm PWM fan has FocusedFlow frame to direct more air over the fins and comes with optional low-noise adapter to cut top speed and noise level.

The cooler is covered by extended 6-year Noctua warranty for your peace of mind.

- NF-F12 FocusedFlow 120 mm PWM fan runs at 300-1500 rpm (1200 rpm with L.N.A.)
- Max. 22.4 dBa noise level (18.6 dBa with L.N.A.)
- 4-pin PWM connector
- Max. 93.4 m3/h airflow (74.3 m3/h with L.N.A.)
- Optional position for second NF-F12 fan in the rear

Compatibility: Only includes mounting bracket for AMD TR4-SP3 socket (Threadripper/Epyc processor series). Not compatible with other mounting kits due to different base.
